The objective of the program is to help participants realize that good leadership is not only dependent on leadership skills but also on mindset. Leaders are role models and unless the leader can be the best they can be they will not be able to inspire others to excel. This intensive 3 days program helps participants discover their own leadership potential and acquire skills which enhance their leadership capabilities.

The main objective of this program is to help the participants understand that motivation comes from within, it is not dependent on external factors, rather it is based on what you want out of life and how badly you want it. The premise of the program is “motivation is your motive to take action”. Once this principle is understood, we then talk about some skills which will help bring a greater level of motivation and teamwork both for the individual as well as the organization.
IT TAKES 2 TO TANGO – CONFLICT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
The aim of this session is to familiarize participants with the nature of conflicts and the best strategies to handle them. The focus of the program is to help participants understand their own responsibilities and responses during a conflict. Conflicts cannot be solved by forcing others to change rather by changing our own behaviours and mental patterns.
MANAGEMENT EXCELLENCE
A manager’s prime responsibility is to manage the performance of the people reporting to him/her. Unfortunately, this aspect is usually neglected in most training programs. Our program focuses on the daily challenges that managers (especially new ones) face while dealing with their team such as how and when to coach or counsel, how to praise, how to reprimand etc. In short, all that they need to know before they go through leadership training.
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
The aim of the program is to explore the various strands which form the complex web of interpersonal skills. It is not merely effective communication that leads to harmonious relationships both at work and in our personal lives but also developing a deeper understanding of ourselves and how we affect others. The program focuses not on changing others but on adapting ourselves by understanding others and responding accordingly.
WINNING SALES
This program is designed for people who are in personal selling situations i.e. where they have one-on-one interaction with their clients. In this intensive program, we deal with not just skills but also the mindset required to sell successfully. During this interactive session, participants don’t just learn hypothetical skills but also do most of the groundwork so that they can hit the ground running after the session.
ETHICS FOR ALL
Most times people feel a disconnect between the organization’s code of conduct and values to their own lives. This is why many organizations fail to make their values and ethics policies anything else but posters on the wall.
The aim of the program is to bring about an understanding of the importance of values and ethics both in personal and professional life.
