Winning Decisions
A powerful board-based business simulation where teams run competing companies, make strategic and financial decisions, manage scarce resources, respond to market realities, and experience the consequences of their choices in real time.
One simulation. Multiple business lessons.Winning Decisions closely replicates the key functions of a manufacturing organization, including Sales and Marketing, R&D, Production, Purchase, Finance, Raw Material Stores, Finished Goods Stores, and Business Planning. Participants are divided into teams and given their own companies to run over a simulated 10-year period. They must study market forecasts, plan production, manage inventory, invest in growth, enter new markets, develop products, and compete to build the most profitable business. |
Why it worksPeople may forget content, but they rarely forget lessons learned through experience. Winning Decisions allows participants to understand complex business and financial concepts by seeing their real-time implementation. The simulation is immersive, practical, competitive, and energizing. Participants do not just discuss business decisions — they make them, live with them, correct them, and learn from them. |
Designed especially for production-based companies
Winning Decisions is ideal for organizations that want managers and high-potential employees to understand how business functions connect, how financial realities shape decisions, and how today’s operational choices affect tomorrow’s business results.

What makes Winning Decisions different?
The unique game-board design makes the learning physical, visible, and memorable. Participants move capital through the business, place purchase orders, manage production stages, deliver orders, receive payments, and close the books at the end of each year. This turns abstract business concepts into concrete experience.
For managersIt builds business acumen, financial awareness, strategic thinking, and appreciation for how one department’s decision affects the whole company. |
For teamsIt strengthens collaboration, collective decision-making, communication under pressure, and respect for cross-functional realities. |
For organizationsIt develops a more commercially aware, change-ready, and decision-capable workforce that understands the business as an integrated system. |
The final resultCross-functional bonding built on mutual understanding and respect.
Stronger business competence across finance, operations, sales, and planning.
Long-term strategic thinking shaped by real consequences and market pressures.
A holistic approach to business where participants understand the whole system, not just their own function.

Ideal group and formatWinning Decisions is a highly immersive three-day simulation designed for groups of approximately 15 to 25 participants, with an optimum group size of around 20. The program can be conducted at the client’s premises, provided there is sufficient space to set up the simulation boards, teams, materials, and facilitation areas. A post-program value-add discussion can also be conducted to help participants connect the learning to real workplace improvement ideas and action plans. |
